Transition tasks week commencing 29th June

Hi Year 6!

Each week we will be uploading some tasks for you to complete, this is to provide you with some of what you would have received during your transition days. You will have two subject tasks and a task that will involve you learning about one of our school values. These tasks can be completed at home or at school! Hopefully this will give you a taste of what is to come in September!
