X-Box Family Settings - for parents
Microsoft have recently released some new management features that parents can use. Available for iOS and Android, it is a free download and it has some great features, e.g.:
- Create new child accounts.
- Manage screen time limits (including grant more time).
- Accept or decline friend requests.
- View and manage friends list.

Go 4 Schools is our online portal where you can access to all information about your child. This includes assessment results, timetables, attendance, behaviour and homework. It is also where you access termly progress reports. Information about how to access this system can be found in the attached document.

A reminder that we are now able to offer the Go4Schools app which should make use of the system far easier. At present you can see information regarding student timetable, attainment, attendance, behaviour and homework.

Following the communication we sent yesterday regarding Year 10 Progress Tests, it has been noticed that the link to the document is not working correctly. We have also had to re-schedule some of the tests and have now created a new timetable.

Revision guides specifically written for the AQA Geography specification which we study are available to purchase via ParentPay for £4. Once paid please ask your son/daughter to ask their teacher and they will give one to them. Thanks - Miss Starkie.
Year 11 will be doing a non-calculator assessment during a lesson next week. This will be on any GCSE work covered so far since Year 10. We will use this test to identify gaps in student knowledge to help us support them moving forward.

If not done already please can all parents of students in Year 12 & Year 13 complete both the Parent Home School Agreement and the Technology Survey as soon as possible, as the original deadline for completion was Monday 28th September.
